Notion Bullet Journal

Many of us enjoy using bullet journals because they recommend starting with pen and paper for to-do lists to build discipline, and then moving to more advanced to-do manager apps. But what if we could merge two beloved systems to create an unbeatable one that combines the benefits of both? That's where Prototion's Real Bullet Journal comes in - it combines Notion's digital organization with the structure of a bullet journal for the best of both worlds.

With this template you will get:

Future log

This Notion Collection is designed to store dated entries that will take place beyond the current month. It serves as your "Future Log," providing a glimpse of the future you're striving to achieve. The Future Log has two different views to choose from.

Board View

The board view of the entire year makes it easy to transfer tasks from one month to another, similar to the Kanban boards, giving you clarity throughout the year.

List View

A list view to see all your tasks at a glance. In case, you are not into Kanban and need more of a cleaner's view, this is for you.

Notes Journal

We all come across interesting facts, ideas, thoughts, and observations throughout the day, and it's important to jot them down as they can be valuable. That's why we've created the Notes Journal template on Notion. It provides a single list to add your points, but what's even more interesting is the small enhancement we've added to it - the Mind Palace feature.

Mind Palace

Make it a habit to transfer the notes to the different sections in the Mind Palace at the end of the day to ensure they are organized and can be used in the future. While some sections have already been created, you have the flexibility to create your own as well.

Tasks

The section you will be using the most is the Bullet Journal-inspired Daily Task Manager, which has three different views available:

  1. Today View: This view is focused on showing you all the tasks that need to be completed for the day. You can prioritize them and add task types as well.
  2. Incomplete View: This works similar to the "Migrations" system in a traditional bullet journal. You can view all the tasks that were missed and decide whether to move them to the Today View or not.
  3. Completed View: This view displays all the tasks that have been successfully completed. Cheers to your productivity!

Events

Finally, we have the event section, presented in a timeline view. Events are entries related to specific dates, which can be either scheduled or logged after they occur, similar to bullet journals. Additionally, this section includes a calendar view and a table view if you prefer.
