Prototion has created a Meal Planning Template for Notion that simplifies and streamlines the meal planning process. This template enables you to plan your meals for the day, track the calories and macros in your meals, and even add pictures to your recipes to enhance your meal planning experience.
Weekly Meal:
In this template, you're provided with a weekly overview of your meals that you can change or upgrade as per your convenience.
Daily Meal:
The filters located on the right side of the Weekly Meal section allow you to modify the board view and pick the card that corresponds to a specific day. This enables you to view all the meals planned for that particular day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and more.
Calories calculator :
A calories calculator that saves you from the hassle of counting your intake and making cuts accordingly.
Food Calories
You can choose to view foods that fit certain criteria, such as low-fat or sugar-free. When you do, a list will appear with all the foods that meet those specific requirements, giving you peace of mind when it comes to making healthier choices.
In depth Macros count :
You have the freedom to enter and view calories and other macros like protein, carbs, etc. by clicking on the card of your choice in the weekly view.
