Here are some examples of morning affirmations:
- I am successful.
- I am confident.
- I am powerful.
- I am strong.
- I am getting better and better every day.
You can also write some affirmations before going to bed:
- I know I did my very best today.
- I can feel myself relaxing.
- I choose calmness at this moment.
- I will sleep restfully and dream beautiful, nurturing dreams tonight.
- I am worthy of rest.

After completing your daily affirmations, you can transfer them from the Main Overview to this category to keep your Overview section organized. This approach allows you to reduce clutter in the main section. When you're ready to create new affirmations, simply return to the Overview page and click the "Add new affirmations" button.
